    Where we are?

    General conditions and treatment plans

    By requesting an appointment at cappaxitas, you accept the following terms and conditions:

      • Our sessions last 60 or 45 minutes, of which the last 10 minutes are to the end of the session. It consists of giving instructions and answering questions from patients and their family members, accompanying the patient to the reception, and disinfecting the material used during the session.

      • To find out the rates of the therapy packs, you must contact the centre. It is important to remember that each treatment is individualized and personalized and that with the therapy pack system, we try to adjust as closely as possible to the needs of our patients.

      • We request punctuality in attendance to improve patient care and prevent waiting times. If the session does not start on time, the session time will be shorter.

      • The work methodology proposed at Cappaxitas consists first of a previous evaluation; the modelling, and execution of a treatment plan; and the reevaluation. We consider this way of working the best for our patients to achieve successful results.

      • Therapy packs must be paid within the first 5 days of each month. If treatment begins during the current month, the corresponding sessions will be calculated according to the treatment plan and will be paid.

      • Preferably, payment methods will be via bank transfer or at the centre through a data phone.

      • You must pay the therapeutic bonus pack during the first five days of each month. If the treatment begins during the current month, we will calculate the price for the corresponding sessions according to the treatment plan.

      • You must modify a session a minimum of 48 hours before. In no case is it refundable.
