Patient Guide

A standard session lasts 1 hour or 45 minutes, with the last 10 minutes dedicated to closing the session. It consists of giving instructions and answering questions from patients and families, accompanying the patient to the centre's reception and cleaning the material used during the session so that the next patient can receive therapy with disinfected objects and facilities. We can lengthen or shorten the duration of the sessions if the patient needs it. It is one of the aspects to consider when establishing the treatment plan during the assessment.

Yes, we need to know if you will not do the session. Try to notify us as much notice as possible, at least 24 hours in advance, and we can schedule another day in the schedule (depending on the availability of our professionals). If you give us notice less than 24 hours in advance or do not give us any notice at all, we don't reschedule the session on the calendar. It with the exception that the justification is due to a major cause (accidents, hospitalizations, death of relatives or relatives, etc.). We refund the money in any case.

You should wear comfortable clothing so that you can perform the various exercises proposed in the session. Footwear should also be comfortable and secure. The centre has a water dispenser.

Cappaxitas is located in the centre of Santa Cruz, on one of the best-connected arteries, Ramón y Cajal Street. You can get to the centre by public transport, such as the tram and getting off at the La Paz stop. If you take your relative / you take them by car, you can drop off your relative in the car park in front of the centre.

On your first day, during the first 15 minutes, you will have to fill out a series of forms and explain the centre's rules. This day is the assessment day, and we need all that information. If you have clinical documents, such as reports from doctors and specialists, you must bring them so that our therapists can have that information.

At the moment, we do not have medical insurance. We try to adjust to the possibilities of each person.
